01Scope and operating model

Qavironel Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Studio”) is an independent technology and software engineering studio. We design and build web systems, custom software platforms and applied AI tools.

This policy covers how personal and technical data is processed across our website, consultation and discovery workflows, and client engagements.

02Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver our services and assess whether a project is a good fit.

• Contact and discovery data. When you submit the contact form, book a call or email the studio, we collect your name, email address, organisation, project brief, timeline and scheduling preferences.
• Security and reliability logs. Our hosting provider logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and response time) for rate limiting, abuse prevention and reliability.
• Client engagement credentials. During a contracted engagement, clients may share repository invitations, staging API tokens or environment variables. These are stored securely, never in plain text, and revoked when the engagement ends.

03No tracking, no data sales

• No advertising trackers. We do not load advertising pixels, conversion tags or third-party behavioural trackers.
• No data monetisation. We never sell, rent or trade contact details or project information.
• Minimal browser storage. The website uses your browser’s session storage only to remember that the intro animation has already played during your visit. It sets no tracking cookies.

04Applied AI and model confidentiality

When we build AI workflows for clients, we keep strict contractual and technical boundaries:

• No training on client data. Client source code, documents and prompts are never used to train public models. We use provider APIs with zero-data-retention options where available.
• Local inference where required. Where isolation is required, we deploy local or on-premises models (for example Ollama) so data does not leave the client’s network.

05Security

• Encryption. TLS encryption in transit, and encryption at rest where our providers support it.
• Security headers. Content and framing policies that limit script injection and unauthorised embedding.
• Short-lived credentials. Client deployment keys and tokens are restricted in scope and revoked on delivery.

06Service providers

We work with established providers for hosting, email and scheduling:

• Vercel. Website hosting, content delivery and request logging.
• Google Workspace (Gmail) or Resend. Delivery of contact form enquiries.
• Cal.com. Scheduling discovery calls.
• GitHub. Source code hosting and handover for client projects.

07Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• Access. Receive a copy of the contact records we hold about you.
• Correct. Fix inaccurate information.
• Erase. Delete your correspondence and related records.

08Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Project staging data is deleted 30 days after final acceptance and handover, unless an ongoing maintenance retainer is in place.
