01 — Summary
A corporate site that presents fifteen years of field work through real site photography, organised by engineering discipline, with a structured tender enquiry flow.
02 — The challenge
In heavy civil work, tenders are won on proven execution. CIP had more than fifteen years of work across pipelines, stormwater drains, industrial roads and plant piping.
That record lived in printed dossiers and scattered site photos. Evaluators had nowhere authoritative to check scope, scale and capability.
03 — Our approach
Instead of stock imagery, the site is built on CIP’s own field photography, organised into five disciplines: pipelines, stormwater drainage, structural protection, roads and mechanical piping.
A structured enquiry flow with validation sends tender requests straight to the directors, and an image pipeline keeps dozens of photos fast on mobile networks at site.
Built for: Municipal tender committees, industrial procurement teams and consultants assessing a contractor’s capability.
04 — How it works
- 01
Review the company
Evaluators read the track record and specialisations.
- 02
Filter by discipline
Pipeline, drainage, roads or mechanical work, each with its own evidence.
- 03
Inspect the detail
Full-screen photos with technical captions.
- 04
Send a tender enquiry
A structured form for scope documents and requirements.
- 05
Reach the directors
Validated enquiries are emailed straight to CIP leadership.

05 — Build notes
- Built with React 19 and TanStack Start for server rendering.
- A WebP pipeline that converts large DSLR site photos into compact assets.
- Enquiry endpoints with Node.js, Nodemailer and strict validation.
- A utilitarian visual system with monospaced technical metadata.
