01 — Summary
A mobile-first storefront for limited streetwear drops, with two-tap WhatsApp ordering, UPI guidance and a private console for stock, orders and media.
02 — The challenge
Ztees was selling through Instagram messages and UPI screenshots. Stock across sizes S to 3XL drifted out of sync, addresses were lost in chat history, and shoppers had little reassurance about authenticity or shipping.
Mainstream e-commerce platforms were a poor fit: monthly fees, transaction cuts and heavy templates did not suit drop-based sales in India.
03 — Our approach
Two coordinated surfaces. Shoppers get an editorial, fast mobile storefront with instant filtering, fabric details (240 GSM) and fit guides. Checkout turns the cart into a structured WhatsApp order with UPI guidance in two taps.
The owner gets a private console, protected by Supabase Auth and row-level security, for stock toggles, order tracking, multi-angle photo uploads and review moderation.
Built for: Streetwear shoppers browsing drops on their phones, and a founder managing fast catalogue changes, orders and photoshoots.
04 — How it works
- 01
Browse the drop
Category chips and search across 61 designs.
- 02
Inspect the garment
Fabric weight, wash and oversized fit measurements on every product.
- 03
Order in two taps
The cart and delivery details become a formatted WhatsApp order with totals.
- 04
Triage orders
The founder confirms payment while the console logs the order, courier notes and CSV export.
- 05
Run the catalogue
Toggle sizes, launch new SKUs and moderate reviews in real time.

05 — Build notes
- Supabase Realtime keeps inventory in sync across the store and console.
- Row-level security: public read for the catalogue, writes limited to authenticated owners.
- A serialiser that turns nested cart data into readable WhatsApp messages.
- An Expo React Native Android client for order management.

06 — Why it matters
